Can I start my membership straight away?
Yes! Your membership begins the day of your first treatment. Your first payment is taken then, and after that, payments are collected on the last Thursday of each month.What if I miss a payment?

OUR BOOKING POLICY:
At ÓG Aesthetics, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every client. In order to manage our schedule effectively and protect the valuable time of our practitioners, the following booking and cancellation policy applies:
Booking Fee Requirement
A €50 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
No appointment is confirmed until this booking fee is paid.
This fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Provided sufficient notice is given (minimum 24 hours), your booking fee will be transferred as credit to your account and can be used against future treatments or products.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.
No-shows (i.e., failing to attend without any notice) will result in the full cost of the scheduled treatment being charged to the card on file.
Consultations & Reviews
This policy applies regardless of the type of appointment, including complimentary consultations and review appointments.
Failure to attend any scheduled appointment without notice will result in a €50 charge, in recognition of the time reserved for you.
Exceptional Circumstances
If a client is deemed unsuitable for treatment on the day due to a medical reason outside of their control (e.g. active cold sore, recent antibiotics, illness), the booking fee may be honored at the discretion of the clinic and transferred to a future booking.
Terms and conditions apply in such cases, and proof may be requested.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy ensures fairness for both our clients and practitioners, allowing us to maintain the highest standard of care, service, and professionalism.
