ÓG Aesthetics – Booking & Cancellation Policy

At ÓG Aesthetics, we are committed to providing every client with an exceptional experience.
To ensure fairness and to protect the valuable time of our practitioners, the following booking and cancellation policy applies to all appointments.

Booking Fee Requirement

• A €50 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
• No appointment is confirmed until this booking fee has been received.
• The booking fee is non-refundable.
• By paying this fee, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• If 24 hours’ notice or more is given:
• Your booking fee will be transferred as credit to your ÓG Aesthetics account.
• This credit can be used toward future treatments or product purchases.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided:
• The booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.
• No-shows (failure to attend without any notice):
• The full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged to the card on file.

Consultations & Review Appointments

• This policy applies to all appointment types, including:
• Complimentary consultations
• Review and follow-up appointments
• Failure to attend any appointment without notice will result in a €50 charge, in recognition of the time reserved exclusively for you.
• Exceptional Circumstances
• If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment on the day due to a medical reason outside your control (e.g. active cold sore, recent antibiotics, illness):
• Your booking fee may be honored and transferred to a future booking at the discretion of the clinic.
• Proof of circumstances may be requested, and terms and conditions apply.
